Add External Attendee to a conference Sep 24, 2021 tutorial

Sometimes there is a need to bring in an external attendee such as a contractor who is not a direct member of the company ( or a group/team ). An external attendee is someone who can ONLY join the conference he/she is invited to, and CANNOT sign in into the portal.

  1. Open the video conference editing window and click on the Add External Attendee link.

  1. Specify the Name and Email of the external attendee.

  1. Click Add to add the attendee to the attendee list

That's it... easy peasy !
